If your order arrives damaged, please notify us via email within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and a picture of the damaged item in the email to info@jewellsmakeup.com. Once we have received your damaged order, we will send out a replacement. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly issue a full refund once we receive your original order back.
SHIPPING INFO
Orders are sent out 48-72 hours after your order is placed. When your order has shipped a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. Customers will have the option to choose if they want their packaged to be shipped First Class or Priority Mail through USPS. Shipping prices are automatically updated during checkout depending on what state your package will be mailed to. At the present time we only offer International shipping to Mexico
