BOOKING RETAINER (DEPOSIT) A booking retainer is required to secure your appointment date and time. Retainer amounts vary by service and are displayed at checkout. All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your retainer is not an additional fee—it will be applied to your service total and deducted from the remaining balance due. CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING If you cancel or need to reschedule, your original appointment is forfeited and your retainer will not be refunded or transferred. A new retainer is required to book a new date/time. This policy is in place due to limited availability and last-minute cancellations. LATE POLICY A $15 late fee applies after 10 minutes. Appointments that are 15 minutes or more late are automatically canceled and forfeited. NO-SHOW / NO CONTACT If there is no contact and you do not show up for your appointment, your appointment will be forfeited. Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book in the future. MOBILE TRAVEL, SETUP & LOCATION FEES Mobile services include the following fees (added to your remaining balance): Travel Fee: $30 Setup Fee: $15 Apartment Walk-Up Fee (No Elevator): 2nd floor: +$10 3rd floor: +$20 4th floor and up: +$30 Hotels / Venues: Clients are responsible for any paid parking and/or valet fees required to access the location. BEFORE / AFTER-HOURS APPOINTMENTS Appointments scheduled outside of business hours require an additional $25 convenience fee. PRO MAKEUP CLASSES All Pro Makeup Classes are final.
