BOOKING RETAINER (DEPOSIT) A booking retainer is required to secure your appointment date and time. Retainer amounts vary by service and are displayed at checkout. All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your retainer is not an additional fee it will be applied to your service total and deducted from the remaining balance due. BRIDAL EXPERIENCE POLICY: Please note that bridal services follow a separate booking structure due to the time-sensitive and high-demand nature of these appointments. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bridal bookings. The remaining balance must be paid in full 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If you are booking 24-48 hours before needing the bridal service, payment must be paid in full. Due to the nature of bridal services, no payments will be accepted on the day of the appointment. This ensures a smooth, stress-free experience so the focus remains on the bride’s glam and overall experience. Failure to submit the remaining balance within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of the appointment and forfeiture of the deposit. CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING If you cancel or need to reschedule, your original appointment is forfeited, and your retainer will not be refunded or transferred. A new retainer is required to book a new date/time. This policy is in place due to limited availability and last-minute cancellations. LATE POLICY A $15 late fee applies after 10 minutes. Appointments that are 15 minutes or more late are automatically canceled and forfeited. NO-SHOW / NO CONTACT If there is no contact and you do not show up for your appointment, your appointment will be forfeited. Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book in the future. MOBILE TRAVEL, SETUP & LOCATION FEES Mobile services include the following fees if applicable (added to your remaining balance): Apartment Walk-Up Fee (No Elevator): 2nd floor: +$10 3rd floor: +$20 Hotels / Venues: Clients are responsible for any paid parking and/or valet fees required to access the location. BEFORE / AFTER-HOURS APPOINTMENTS Appointments scheduled outside of business hours require an additional $25 convenience fee. PRO MAKEUP CLASSES All Pro Makeup Classes are final.
